CALIFORNIA and KANSAS:
Imitation Firearms, regardless of date, may only be shipped in conjunction with a frame or presentation box.
CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW YORK STATE, WISCONSIN, MINNESOTA, AND PUERTO RICO:
All replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We can only ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to military, police, theatrical companies, or other government account with valid proof of identity. Sufficient proof would be a copy of a purchase order or request on letterhead from one of these organizations.
Contact us for specific ordering questions. Canadian law states that replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898), such as flintlocks, percussion, and cap and ball weapons are the only imitation firearms that can be shipped. No modern firearm replicas (post 1898) can be shipped to Canada. No blank firing guns can be shipped to Canada. Check your Customs and Postal Departments for import regulations and duties.
Blank Firing Guns:
Blank firing guns and ammo can only be shipped to the U.S. Many countries outside the United States prohibit us from shipping blank firing guns, or require special permits to own them. Please check your local laws before ordering! We cannot be responsible for confiscation of guns in customs.
California and Kansas customers will receive a complementary frame to be shipped with their blank gun (to comply with state laws). Please contact us for more info about this.
Per Federal regulations, blank ammunition cannot be returned.
